I Had Surgery Today To Remove And Replace My Interstim.

I had surgery today to remove and replace my interstim. I was intubated and was told propofol was used. I have been coughing non-stop for over 8 hours. At times a dry cough, then it feels there is something actually coming up to my throat. I'm hoarse, my throat, neck and chest hurts/burns. I've had general anesthesia many times in my life but have never experienced this. I don't have a fever or shortness of breath. I have never smoked. Should I be concerned or seen by a doctor if this continues through the night? And is there anything I can do at home to help?
