I had several (3) cases of unprotected anal sex with other men. One claimed to be on PrEP to avoid any cases of contracting any STI, the other I recently found out was having sex with many different men. A few weeks after my last encounter I started having a runny nose, cough (I also recently started smoking again and have been experiencing a unusually large amount of stress), and started to have itchy skin on my legs. I recently got over strep but I stopped taking my medication (amoxicillin) half way through due to some side effects (vomiting, diarrhea, and fatigue). Many members of my family are allergic to that medication so I figured I was also. In only one instance of the unprotected intercourse did I "bottom" and it was for no more than 30 seconds. No semen was ejaculated in any of the instances. I am fearful that I am showing early signs of the HIV virus and have been tested twice but both have turned up negative.
