I Had My Left Bottom Wisdom Tooth Extracted 4 Weeks

I had my left bottom wisdom tooth extracted 4 weeks ago and I have been back in pain since last week. Last week I woke up to an excruciating pain where the tooth was extracted (almost like someone pouring alcohol on an open wound) and felt the pain all over my left jaw, neck and ear especially when I swallow. My left jaw has a big lump and it hurts everytime I swallow. The bottom part of my tongue gets swollen that it has what it looks like water bubbles. I went back to my dental office twice to have them look it up, but to no luck they could not even see or they don't know what is happening in there since I can't open my mouth wide. They gave me antibiotics and Tylenol 3. They took an xray the other day but it failed since it can't go all the way to where my tooth was extracted (it hurts when I open my mouth wide) My antibiotics are almost done and it's not getting better at all. What is my next step?
