I Had My Gallbladder Taken Out In 2003. I Ended

I had my gallbladder taken out in 2003. I ended up having severe stomach cramps and diarrhea every time I ate. My dr prescribed me Colestipol. It has worked wonders but it absorbs a lot of other medications and vitamins, etc. It makes it difficult when I have to take antibiotics or other meds that have to be taken more than once a day. I cannot do that because I have to wait at least 4 to 5 hours after I take the pill to take medicine. Is there a better alternative than Colestipol that does not absorb other medications?
