I had intense penis biting sessions with my girlfriend Sunday night and again Monday morning. This involves hard biting of shaft and glans of my penis. Very painful but very enjoyable.
At the end of Monday daytime in work I noticed pink blood smears inside my underpants (but no external puncture marks on my penis) and then later in the evening pink drops at the end of otherwise clear urination twice.
This appears to have cleared up overnight and I have no pain or ongoing symptoms.
Should I be concerned beyond not overdoing the biting in future?
