I had flu like symptoms one week. No sore throat and no reason to look but noticed raised nodules in one side of back of throat.The next day very swollen protuding left side of neck under the jaw.My hearing is somewhat distorted times. Often when i eat i get a lot of pain and also pain with swelling under my tongue on the left side. Most days i feel like im under the weather and tired. I find it gets worse at night so i take advil before the pain starts. The pain is sometimes a 8 out of 10 or just a constant soreness no pain.I have had this 3 weeks.I am awaiting an ultrasound in march.Last night I felt short of breath like wheezy as if i was getting a cold come on.Through the night my throat became sore by morning green phelgm. That was it of those symptoms now they are gone by mid morning. No more cold.Im miserable although and this waiting makes me feel anxious. I often keep a scarf around my neck and warm compresses...lots of water if i can swallow it and sour candies and lots of rest.
