I Had Arthroscopic Surgery On My Left Knee Almost 2

I had arthroscopic surgery on my left knee almost 2 months ago. Prior I had been diagnosed with having some tendinitis/arthritis in that knee (also have in right knee that has a total replacement). I did not have the almost constant pain in the inner part of knee BEFORE the surgery now the DR is telling that the recent MRI I had shows arthritis. I cannot believe that I have this pain every time I bend the knee al of a sudden since the surgery-could the scraping from the surgery have aggravated this much? What can I expect as a relieve?
