I had arthroscopic knee surgery in May. 2 miniscus tears and arthritis. More pain now than prior to surgery. Did 5 weeks of PT, had a lift put in sneaker, do daily stretches and still can't make a mile on the treadmill. ouch! Made an appointment for a 2nd opinion but can't get in until Jan 20th. Did have a shot in hip as dr. thought I had bursa inflammation due to favoring left side. I'm 67, female, generally good health. Hate to take any kind of meds! Thank you!
