I Had An Ear Infection About A Year Ago. I

I had an ear infection about a year ago. I sought treatment and was prescribed antibiotics and eardrops. Those medicines cleared up the infection. For awhile anyway, but ever since then it keeps coming back. It will flare back up suddenly and lasts varying amounts of time, then it will clear up again. When it flares back up there first seems to be fluid throughout my entire outer ear. And then a sore forms (in the exact same spot everytime) of my ear canal that has piercing pain till it eventually begins to drain fluid relieving the pain. But in place of the pain I then have a severe itching in my ear canal around the sore. Then over time it all clears up only to repeat the process again later. All of this is extremely painful. I use hydrogen peroxide to clean the oozing sore which boils very dramatically as I can feel it pulling liquid out of the sore. After a few of these treatments is when it clears up again. Temporarily anyway. Could this be related to an impacted and/or possibly abcessed wisdom tooth? Or is it something else? This persistent ordeal is becoming unbearable. Thank you for any help you can give me.
