I Had An Allergic Reaction To A Product I Did

I had an allergic reaction to a product I did not know had coconut oil in it on my nose. It swelled up a lot, that happens all the time. I used 1% hydrocortisone cream to combat it, and the pores on my nose broke out in pustules. I am disabled, and have NO insurance and no way to see a physician. I do have access to Hibiclens, and have been treating it with reduced tea tree oil and benzoyl peroxide (2%) with some EGF. And a compress of Epsom Salt once every few hours for 10 minutes, rinse, repeat. It's reducing a good bit...BUT I see warnings all over about "Go see a doctor immediately if using hydrocortisone causes oozing pus) well, about 1 out of every 20 pores on my nose has acne like pustules now. Not too many are sore to the touch. The area is tender, obviously I have peeling, but it isn't bad. I rinse the area often with water I boiled and cooled off. Or Magnesium salt water, then the cool water to keep it from spreading. Any area where my pores are open around my nose is the issue. The point is, WHY are there so many warnings about Hydrocortisone and pustules with zero information? Thank you
