I Had An Acute Extensive Antero-lateral MI On 26.08.2006 And

I had an acute extensive antero-lateral MI on 26.08.2006 and developed ventricular fibrillation and was resuscitated with DC shock. Coronary Angiography was done where it revealed atheroscelerotic artery discease involving LAD left circumflex artery and ramus intermedius artery with moderate impairment of the left ventricular function with EF35%.PTCA did on 26.09.2006 with two DES to LAD and one DES ramus intermedius artery

Current medication ;Aspirin 81 mg ,Plavix 75mg , Diovan 60 mg Lipitor 20Mg (All one tablets per day)

Latest ECHO reveals Good global contractility with EF 70% ,no SWMA at rest and no vulvular incompetence, normal vesicular breathing sounds no adventitious sounds

BP is 130/80
Blood test Date of 12.07.2016 shows Total Cholestrol at fasting 131 HDL 33LDL 82 Triglicirides 78,Sugar 95 creatine 1.3 , uric acid 7.4 urea 43 ( All unit in mg/dl)

Now I am doing regular low level exercise. No pain after angioplasty.

Currnet medication is Concor 2.5,Aspirin 81 mg,Atorvastin 10 Mg
Please advice the current medication and do I have to go for TMT.
