I had an accident in my workplace were the pvc pipes machine can down on my finger and there was a cut wound on my finger. I immediately went to hospital. The doctor put stiches and put bandage in my full hand. But he did not give any antibiotic. They took x-ray of my finger and found that the tendon of the finger is damaged. I am also diabetic. Next day there was terrible pain and there was infection. I had next appointment with doctor after 3 days with doctor. After 3 days, when doctor opened the bandage, there was infection. They admitted me in the hospital and made the cleanup surgery making two more wounds. I was 2 weeks in the hospital, everyday there was infection and the wounds became severe. After two weeks I decided to go to india. I came to India and found one orthopedic doctor. He got me admitted in the hospital. Infection is still there and they have given me some tablets. Everyday doctor comes and changes my bandage. From 4 days, I am here in the hospital but there is no improvement. Doctor is saying it is a slow process, I should wait. Please advise what I should do.
