I had an accident a while back that left my ACL partially torn. (Went to the ER and was given a brace and had to wear it for 3 months then had another accident and reripped it and had a brace for 3 months again)
It's been a few months since the second injury now and when I woke up this morning, my knee was hurting again, it's not severe but while I was at work it was causing a lot of discomfort and I was wondering what I should do while at home tonight to soothe it so that it isn't a problem tomorrow and if I should go get it rechecked?
