I had an MRI and my Dr said it showed minimal micro vascular changes. I had the MRI due to an episode I had at work. I was standing talikng to co workers and and I just zoned out. I relate it to feeling like I vacated for a few minutes. I have had a history for over 30 years of migraines with an aura but this was not that. I did get a headache but it was above my ear. Migraines I have had in the past are on top of my head over one eye. This was not that. They said the changes in my brain are due to migraines. I get numb on top,of my head sometimes too. Where as Inhave had some trauma in my family recently I thought stress. My heart is fine. They want to put me on Lexapro. Not sure about that either.
