CONCLUSION:
1. Moderate to severe spondylitic changes of the lower cervical spine,
most significant at C6-C7, where moderate to severe resultant spinal canal
compromise is demonstrated.
2. Mild to moderate spinal canal narrowing at C5-C6.
3. Varying degrees of neural foraminal compromise, moderate to severe on
the left at C5-C6 and bilaterally at C6-C7.
4. Focal parenchymal volume loss within the peripheral left cerebellar
hemisphere, compatible with sequela of remote ischemic insult.
5. Incidentally noted T2 bright lesion within the right level III cervical
nodal zone, measuring 9.5 x 14 mm in axial dimension, posterior to the
right internal jugular vein. Dedicated contrast-enhanced soft tissue neck
CT examination is recommended for further characterization.
