I had a whitehead on my pubic area that felt like a crater under the skin. Kind of like the pimples you get on your face. I barely squeezed it, and it popped and then bled and now it is black. Should I be concerned or do I need to do anything? I am not sexually active and have not been for a year, and I have also been tested since the last time I was sexually active and everything was negative, so I don't think it could be an STI. I'm thinking it's just skin irritation from wearing tight clothing or hair but I get paranoid with these types of things. Thanks.
