I Had A Vaginal Hysterectomy Over 2 Years Ago Have

I had a vaginal hysterectomy over 2 years ago have had intermittent problems with fresh red spotting that were treated with silver nitrate. Then I had pulmonary emboli and started anti-coagulants. This has caused continual fresh red spotting and bleeding and has been re-assessed by my gyno and he has treated me 4 consecutive weeks with silver nitrate. On Tuesday I had my most recent silver nitrate treatment and he recommended that I maybe try switching anti-coagulants as maybe the one I'm on is the issue not so much the granulation tissue itself. I was able to switch anti-coagulant brands and the bleeding has completely stopped and now I have the "normal" grey discharge. I am concerned about this discharge as there are large amounts of ash clumps similar in size to a blood clot u would pass during a heavy period. In all of my treatments I've never passed so much grey "tissue" per say and I've noticed today I have pressure near my Caesarian scar line in addition to moderate crampin and bloating. The treatment was 4 days ago and the discharge is worsening not improving. I'm not so sure that this warrants a phone call or Drs visit but it is alarming because of the volume for what he called a microscopic spot on Tuesday. I don't want to seem high maintenece or overly concerned for this if it's " normal". Thoughts?
