I had a swollen gums for days. Day one it hurt real bad but then I started using hot lemon water listerine and warm salt water for treatment along with some ibuprofen. After 4 days a small cut appeared near.the told and it oozed blood and puss. The inflammation went down. It was painless. I just want to know how to nurse the cut and the escape of the puss and blood until I see my dentist on Monday. Yes I do have gingivitis and I know it's because of that. I do floss regularly and brush my teeth twice a day but I think my tooth brush is what's causing it to get worse. Should I also invest in a smSonic toothbrush?
