I had a stemi 2 weeks ago, with very early LAD stent after 90 minutes. I feel very lucky. I can walk 5 miles very quickly with no breathlessness or angina. My BP was never elevated before, and is now 110/70. My problem is that on tackling just one flight of stairs I get breathless. I suspect the drugs, bisoprolol 2.5 mornings, and ramipriil 2.5 evenings. I will be patient for a while, but I will want to see if I can get rid of this symptom by withdrawing these drugs one at a time. Any suggestions which one to cut first?
