I had a scrape about 1/2 the size of a penny that looked infected, surrounded by quarter sized red boundary. After putting peroxide on it for 2 days and keeping it covered for 5 days, the redness cleared up. The scrape got a scab and surrounding area, size of 1/2 dollar, looks vaguely brown and there were about 10 tiny red dots , pinhead size and smaller, within 4" of the scab, some are starting to turn pale brown.
What does it mean?
