I Had A Malignant Granular Cell Tumor Removed 12 Years

I had a malignant granular cell tumor removed 12 years ago, at first they thought it was a cyst so I had no scans done either before or after the surgery. I've now gone through early menopause and am suffering from severe symptoms - pain in legs and ankles, fatigue and breathlessness. Hrt hasn't worked out for me and i'm awaiting a hospital appointment to see someone. After all this time should I now be in the 'all clear' from any health issues regarding the tumor or ask for that side of things to be looked into?
