I Had A Lower Molar Extracted Almost 4 Days Ago,

I had a lower molar extracted almost 4
Days ago, this was a tooth I had done a root canal on 11 months previous and it failed, resulting in continuous infection for 2.5 months, and 4 rounds of amoxicillin and other antibiotic cocktails.
I have been taking arithromyacin 500 bid initiated 2 days prior to the extraction.
The hole/wound/ extraction site is very red and cloudy in area with apparent white tones to the gum. The site is swollen with a blister forming along the ridge of the neighboring tooth.
I am utilizing ibuprofen 600 mg q4-6 and Tylenol 3, 2 tablets q4h and still have considerable pain.
As of today a slight rash has appeared on my cheek, on the side of the extraction. The rash is red and pinhead spots all around the cheek and jaw line. It does not extend past the eye.
Should I seek further medical attention to address this ?
