I had a fall yesterdaygoing down some steps and landed on my right side .... I banged my shoulder my mid back region and slightly lower also .... Today I have reduced mobility and a very sharp stinging pain below the lowest injury ... I can feel that my right lower back gas become a different shape to the left ... It's like a deep ridge with swelling on each side of the ridge ... It's not visible externally .... I can get into a comfortable position whereby there's no pain at all just general stiffness and discomfort but if I move even slightly in the wrong way it's such a sharp extremely stinging pain ... I've checked my urine and there no visible haematuria ..... Other than the symptoms from the fall I feel well in general
