I had a brain and cervical mri done. The brain mri showed 3 small scattered spots of periventrical alteration of signal and the cervical showed degenerative disk disease prominant. I have had many symptoms of MS. My doctar seems to think I have fibromyalga but I have alot of numbness in my arms hands legs and feet which has gotten worse over the last few months. They have done all kinds of blood work and all has came back fine except im a little low on iron. I have had 3 blood tests in the last two years and the first one i had 2 years ago 5.8 was my wbc then 3 months ago i had one and my wbc was 5.2 then with the last one i had just 2 weeks ago my wbc was 4.2. Something just feels like more is happening than fibromyalga. I feel like my dr just made this diagnosis cause he was stumped on what was going on with me. My legs hurt i have pains in my arms sometimes with the numbness. I am stiff in the mornings and sometimes evenings. My hands and feet feel swollen even when they really arent. I have alot of numbness while i try to sleep which i dont get much of. I have requested to be checked for lyme disesae but my dr acts like he doesnt need to do this test. I have had this problem for a little over 3 years now and its getting worse.
