I Had A Stoma Reversal In November And Sailed Through

I had a Stoma reversal in November and sailed through it with no problems whatsoever. I was admitted into hospital on Monday (Jan ) with sever stomach pains and extremely tender stomach. The scan showed nothing wrong and they think it is caused by the tissues sticking together during healing. I take just 5ml of lactolose a night which keeps my stools soft but am now wondering if this is the cause of my pain. I received no treatment in hospital and the pain did cease with a strong pain killer. What I would like to know is how did this tissue become un-stuck to enable my discharge from hospital cured. I would add, today I now have the same pain and don't know why. Thank you.
