I Had A Adrenalectomy On August 18th Was Diagnosed Cushings

I had a Adrenalectomy on August 18th was diagnosed Cushings Syndrome, unfortunately i am still on the steroid last month and the month before that my cortisol was at 4.7 so, the other Adrenal isn't doing anything yet. My question was the water retention in my ankles and feet getting hard to walk. I had alot of swelling before surgery was even prescribed a water pill, it didn't work but after surgery that went away. About 4 or 5 days ago my feet and ankles started swelling again. I was a little concerned but now they are worse and getting more swollen if i sit in a recliner and cross one foot onto the other after a little bit the one has the imprint of my foot. they have never been this bad i can't evan tell that there is a bone on the side of my foot. I don't know what it could be from. Thank You
