I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed almost 3 weeks ago. They were impacted and pretty deep and the surgeon had to go in pretty deep to get them out. I was put under general anesthesia and was not awake for the procedure.

Post surgery I was pretty swollen and had to pack gauze for days after (up to a week). The doctor suggested that I use tea bags to help clot the blood, this offered some help but the bleeding continued. I was put on 800 mg ibuprofen and 5 mg oxycodine for pain, but was advised to stop using the ibuprofen due to the fact they believed it to be thinning my blood.

We are approaching the third week post surgery and I am probably at 75% pre surgery mouth use. I still get some pain from opening my mouth and occasionally will be very sore. Today I woke up very sore and took some of the ibuprofen. I was very confused all day and had trouble forming sentences. I couldn't stay focused enough and was constantly getting off track. I was out and had some moderate soreness in my mouth. I went from feeling fine to being completely out of it. I couldn't understand what was happening and made the decision to leave. I got dizzy and had trouble seeing, alongside the confusion and concentration issues.

I'm unsure of what to do. I don't want to make a trip to the doctor unless it's completely necessary but I'm worried there was some sort of complication regarding my surgery.
