I Got A Intratheca Pain Pump On August 16, 2016

I got a intratheca pain pump on August 16, 2016 and had severe spinal headaches for 3 weeks. I had a MRI and was diagnosed with inflammation around my brain. I had a blood patch that helped for only 2 days and the severe headaches started again. I waited 2 weeks until my pain management dr returned from vacation to have another blood patch. That blood patch stopped the headaches. I waited 5 days and started helping a farmer with harvest driving tractor with grain cart. I HIT MY HEAD on the top of the tractor cab when bouncing across the field. After 6 weeks I was having stroke type symptoms on my right hand and my tongue. The symptoms went away after a few minutes. I was diagnosed with a subdural hematoma and was in the hospital for observation 1 day. The numbing symptoms would happen 2 times a week for 2 weeks. I then fell and hit the right side of my head hard on a concrete floor. Approximately 10 days later I had stroke type symptoms on my left hand and the roof of my mouth was numb. The symptoms only lasted for a few minutes 1-2 times a week for approx 2 weeks. I told my doctor about the fall during my pain pump refill. He said I probably had another leak on the other side. I no longer have any stroke type symptoms any more but now have very severe muscle pain in my lower legs, shoulders, and hands. My hands feel as if they have a very severe case of arthritis. I did not have any of this additional pain before getting the pain pump or before hitting my head. Any thoughts on what could trigger this pain. My pump has morphine in it. I have started taking baclofen 3 times a day, but it doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
