I gave up coffee 11 days ago unaware of caffeine withdrawal. The worst of it and I can find nothing about lymph nodes and caffeine withdrawal. My left armpit to the tissue near the bottom of my left breast has been inflamed and the skin has been tender to the touch in that area as well. I just took a nap and I feel I am finally getting some relief. I had to take ibuprofen for the pain. 600 mg in the AM and 600 mg in the pm. I believe I am finally out of the woods. I have had every symptom from lethargy to constipation, irritability, brain fog, but I cannot find anything about the lymph nodes in the left arm pit. I am a woman of 58 years in age. I have no other health conditions. I do not take any other meds. Gave up coffee on a whim thinking it would be a benefit to my skin and then lymph node pain in my left arm and the skin was sore to the touch.
