I Frequently Have A Lot Of Blood In My Bowel

I frequently have a lot of blood in my bowel movements. They usually cause a "tearing feeling" when the movement actually begins to leave the body. It then continues to ache afterwards, especially when sitting. I've had a colonoscopy, and it showed only one non-benign cyst. What could be causing all the pain?
Also, sex is extremely painful...I've had an STD test, amongst other tests, and the doc wants me to have an ultrasound next. What could the ultrasound show me?
