I fractured my left ankle fibula on March 24 no surgery went into the boot for about 6 weeks, I am in physical therapy for about 8 weeks . Have been doing me ankle exercise they gave me on one exercise which is standing on both feet and do a rocking back and forth well there is no way I feel a sharp pain when on the side of the ankle when I go to push back is that normal and will that pain every go away when I try to walk on it it is the same. Maybe I need to give myself more time I am 65 years young.
