I Found 3 Stray Kittens, Took Them In, Got Them

I found 3 stray kittens, took them in, got them to the vet. The vet said they are in good health but they have ringworm. He gave me medicine to give them and I have been very cautious about keeping them secluded until the ringworm goes away. I make sure to watch my hands every time I handle them. I have noticed on my arms and legs, these itchy red bumps that have a white head, sometimes one bump will have multiple whiteheads but usually just one whitehead per bump. They are very very itchy and once I scratch them, the white head bust and clear puss comes out. A few days later, the spot turns dry and black. The spots are about the size of peas, no bigger. I had 3 spots on my leg and I have a spot on each arm. Is this ringworm? Every picture of ringworm that I have looked up, does not look like what I have. The spots I have are very small, like the size of a pea, red with a whitehead, then turn black and dry almost like a dry patch. What could this be? Is it a form of ringworm? How can I get rid of it? It isn't painful, just itchy and annoying.
