I felt like I could of had the flu about two weeks ago, low grade fever, sore body, headache. It only lasted two days though. Ever since I have a minor unproductive cough. Not persistent at all and my breathing is very clear but if I take a real deep breath or cough I feel and hear a rumble in my chest right in the middle and in my cleavage area. Also a little wheezing with the cough but mostly the rumble. It also feels like a little weight is on my chest and I have shortness of breath. Other than this I feel fine- no mucus, headache. Just this feeling like something is in my chest at all times. I breath clearly but I still feel something in my chest. Could it be a heart thing to cause that rumble or lung?
