I fell in bathtub on my left side of face over three months ago. Went to emergency room about 8 hours after the fall. ER did CT scan and said nothing was broken and just take ibuprofen and ice it. It should go away after 6 weeks. I still have a hard lump on my cheek bone. I went to see an ENT a week ago, I was told there was nothing broken but he will have his partner who is a plastic surgeon look at it. He came examined for a few minutes and said it might take up to six months to eventually go away. He said to massage Arnicare gel about three times a day. I just want to know if it eventually might go away. Oh, and it does still look bruised. I do have high cheekbones. It just feels and looks strange to me.
