I fell and hit my upper thigh on a wooden corner of the bed in our boat. The area is very dark almost black.
this happened 5 days ago. It covers an area approx. 12 inches long and 8-10 across in one area there is knot about the size of an egg. It is extremely sore even hurts to walk seems like the muscle may also have injury. Is there anything I can do that will help speed healing?
Do I need to be concerned of any other problems?
