I feel nauseated after eating almost any fruit. Sometimes I can tolerate one mandarin orange piece or up to 4 cherries. I cannot eat peaches or nectarines at all as they give me a migraine (classic kind with the aura, etc.), and when I recently binged on about a dozen cherries I got one, too. I do not have diarrhea or other intestinal symptoms, except for very occasional bloating, but perhaps it is because I no longer eat enough fruit to cause those problems.
Any thoughts or advice?
