I experience a pinching sensation after urinating once I stand up, that lasts about 5-10 minutes. It comes in little waves and is very uncomfortable. Have had both a UTI and vaginal candida in the past but both had cleared up long before this occurred (about 4 months after candida was cured and a year and half after the UTI) and this feels nothing like them. No urgency to urinate or blood in the urine as far a I can see, and no itching or burning during urination, only after. Cannot isolate a trigger source of liquid or food either. Please help.
