Hi welcome to healthcaremagic Forum

As per the LMP you are around 7 weeks pregnant.. Fist do an UPT ( urine pregnancy test ) if it comes positive, then get a USG( ultrasound) scanning to confirm the pregnancy, .... consult a gynecologist...

Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
It is not always a possibility that you should experience all the symptoms of Pregnancy compulsarily. Since the test is Positive twice, you may be Pregnant.
Kindly get yourself examined by a Gynecologist at the earliest.

Wish you Good Health and Good Luck. Take Care.
