I currently have chronic neck pain. I've had 2 surgeries and had 3 disc fused. The pain management clinic that I go to has just informed me that ther are closing in a couple of weeks. I'm currently taking oxymorphone ER 10 mg every 12 hours. I have been taking prescribed narcotics for 10 years. How can I when myself off? Not only Am I nervous about my pain level but I do not wantt to experience withdrawals. what do you suggest?
