I can't stop picking at my scalp on my head and it keeps bleeding and i don't do it on purpose sometimes even in my sleep or when i'm half awake i go at it hard and make it worse. Though i've never had lice before it does leave a tingling sensation, also i scratch and make wounds on my skin and pick at lumps right know i have a strange blue/black lump on my lower calf and it even looks like a ball. I'm really worried not sure what i should do or how to stop. It's not easy to just say no and not scratch it's almost compulsive. I avoid going outdoors because i don't want to be seen with blemishes or scabs on my head, i'm 25 female.
