On October 6 a Mr. Ed Chambers with Health Set, sponsored by Centura Health called and spoke to a lady at Janssen Phar. At that time I was granted a free prescription assistance of Xarelto 20mg. from this lady for one month. She gave me at least 2 sets of numbers to give to my pharmacy that I would need to get this prescription filled. I have misplaced the that information and I shall need it very soon as my prescription is soon to run out. I feel if I could talk to someone I could get this straightend out for me.
