I believe I have food poisoning. When I woke up in the morning today, my burps had a acidic and disgusting taste. Later into the day, I began to feel very weak and tired (but not necessarily sleepy). Then I went to the bathroom as diarrhea began. Every since then, been having to rush to the bathroom every few minutes because I always feel like I need to go. The bowel movements seem to be very liquid, and I can almost see the rice I ate yesterday in the toilet. I vomited twice, and it was thick and not much of anything came out. Made me feel better for a few minutes, then the diarrhea and acidic burps started again. It's now almost 4am and I cannot sleep because everytime I lay down, I feel a rush towards my rectal area signaling diarrhea. What can I do or take in order to at least be able to fall asleep in peace?
