I believe I have a broke blood vessel in the palm of my left hand. It looks and feels like a bump under the skin. I was hitting a plastic nail with the palm of my hand and noticed it hours later. Will this go away or do I need to see a doctor? There is not much pain but only a little if I push on it.

I broke a blood vessel in my left finger 4 days ago. The whole finger turned colors-red and blue. No much swelling. Today it s throbbing more, aches more, and is a little more cold to the touch than my other fingers. Should I be concerned or let it run its course? Thank you. Jackie

Hi. I broke a blood vessel in the distal joint of my finger. Hurt like hell but ignored it all day. Now my finger tip is numb. Not really changing color although you can see the blood pooled at the joint. ER tonight? Urgent care tomorrow? Or even better- no visit needed?? Thank you
