I believe I am suffering from depression (and I have a previous diagnosis of it from about 3 years ago) but I am unable to afford therapy or medication. I am also very secluded and don't see very many people because I am homeschooled and spend at least 12 hours a day on my own. Is there anything I can do that will help me? (I should also point out that I am having a lot of feelings of hopelessness)
