I am under the care of an immunologist/allergist for perennial allergic rhinitis. I have been on immunotheraphy for 14 years and there has been a big improvement. Lately in the evening I start to sneeze and then the whole process of nasal congestion starts. I have been taking my rhinocourt for 2 weeks but it has not stopped the night time problem of sneezing and congestion. I took Sudafed at about 10:30pm and it did not kick in until 2am
I am looking at the following options
Switching to Nasonex
Getting a ultrasonic coolmist humidier
See an ENT
Any advice
