I am trying to make a big dission on dental implants. I have a over denture now with two brackets placed into my two front teeth. The teeth that a do have are making me sick. I have been told that they need pulled. I have been to 3 Dential implant Dentist. My mouth is very small and also I have bone loss. The bottom I have 7 teeth left. Alot of my teeth were baby teeth perminate ones never came in. Full mouth implants are very expensive. What options do you think I may have?
