I Am Trying To Check Drug Interactions For My Mother

I am trying to check drug interactions for my mother in law. She has severe dementia... fell and broke her hip. She is taking Namenda and Xcelon; at rehab she has been very confused and fights the health care worker who try to help her with physical therapy. Rehab doctors have prescribed tramadol and Depakote. Today, she talked non stop for 6 + hours to folks that were not in the room. I am concerned that these medicines are interacting. She is 91 years old. We realize that she likely doesn't have much time left but hate to see her hallucinating for such a long period of time.
