I am taking 600mg gabapentin at night. I have almost all the side effects. I need to get off badly. I read the withdraw systems and they are not as bad as the side effects for sure. What would be a good wean off schedule? yesterday I took some capsules and opened them and dumped about 1/2 out I did this to fill a seven day pill counter and wrote it down. My plan was to do this for two weeks then go down to 1-300mg pill. It is not exact but I am assuming I will be taking about 450mg instead of 600. I have to do something the side effects are really bad, hives, swollen glands, tingling, weakness in legs, sinus problems I could go on and on.
