I am on the lowest dose of Effexer extended release (37.5mg). I have been on and off of it for years in doses up to 75mg. I have a dr. appointment next week to discuss increasing the dose to the next available strength (75mg) but I don't think I can wait until then. Just wondering if it is ok to start taking 2 of the 37.5mg tablets daily in the mean time. Again, I have been on this dose several times before. I was unsure if the extended release were the same as whatever the 75mg ones are. Thanks.
