I am on pain management, and the first medication prescribed was a 40 mg. methadone hydrochloride dispersible tablet for suspension. It has been many years since prescribed his drug but have been on opana for some time now and am wanting to change medications because condition has gotten much worse. the methadone was one of the best ever. From what I can remember the tablet was like a wafer scored into four sections so you could break off a quarter at a time ( which would be a 10 mg. dose) and because I have trouble swallowing pills this medication would disolve in water instantly which was perfect for me. Question, was that a proper way to take this medication and do they still make it?
